Its closed-loop filtration system captures and recycles air continuously, eliminating VOCs without a single duct run to the outside world. The result: a certified, production-ready paint environment you can place in an existing bay, a warehouse corner, or a new facility - and move again if your operation grows.

The compact configuration handles full-size SUVs, mid-size trucks, and passenger cars with ample room to move around the vehicle. Ideal as a dedicated prep and spot-repair cell, or a fast-turnaround finishing bay that runs parallel to your main line without interfering with it.
At the core of every HBC Recirculating Paint Booth is a closed-loop air management system that sets a new benchmark for installation-free performance. Air is drawn through the booth, stripped of VOCs, particulates, and solvents by a multi-stage filtration stack, and returned clean - continuously, with no exhaust to the outside.
The result is a healthy, compliant working environment with no need for building permits, roof penetrations, or ventilation infrastructure. Install it today. Relocate it tomorrow.

The HBC panel system makes it as easy to relocate as it is to set up. Two SmartWall sections form the enclosure structure, supported by three legs on each side carrying the roof - a straightforward, robust frame that goes up fast and comes down just as easily when you need to move.
The front opening is closed by an electrically operated roller curtain with a transparent center section, giving operators a clear sightline into the booth without breaking containment - and opening or closing at the push of a button for fast vehicle entry and exit. Each side of the booth is sealed by a combination of two curtains and a PVC strip curtain, providing both a clean seal and visibility along the sides during operation.
Why the SmartWall Is the Heart of the Booth
The HBC Recirculating Paint Booth works without external ducts, chimneys, or building modifications for one reason: the SmartWall extraction unit. It's not an add-on - it's the system that makes the entire closed-loop concept possible.
Each booth runs two SmartWall units. Together they manage all airflow, filtration, and VOC capture inside the enclosure, processing the air continuously through a four-stage filtration sequence before returning it clean to the booth interior.
Remove the SmartWall, and you have an enclosure. With it, you have a paint booth.

Four Stages. Nothing Gets Through.
The SmartWall earns its place through a filtration stack that handles everything from coarse overspray to microscopic fumes in a single pass:
captures dissociative paint particles at the point of entry, protecting the stages downstream.
pulls fine particles and dust that the first stage passes.
pre-filters micro particles ahead of the final stage.
(natural charcoal) eliminates VOC fumes and odors — the stage that makes recirculation viable and the working environment genuinely safe.
Differential pressure switches monitor airflow across the filter stack in real time, signaling exactly when a stage needs attention. No guesswork, no scheduled downtime based on estimates — just a clear indicator when replacement is actually due.

26 Activated Carbon Cartridges.
Zero Compromise on Air Quality.
The carbon stage runs 26 individual filter cartridges, each filled with high-grade activated carbon derived from natural raw materials. The cartridge design — lightweight frame, simple bayonet connection, inherently leak-free — means replacements take minutes, not hours. With a carbon bed thickness of 26 mm per cartridge and a filter class of ePM1 60%, the system maintains consistent efficiency across its full service life, not just when the filters are fresh.
Two ATEX-rated fans (220/110V) drive airflow through the entire stack, and the SmartWall can connect up to four exhaust hoses — giving the system flexibility to handle different booth configurations and workloads without modification.

Know Your Booth. Prove Your Compliance.
Regulatory compliance doesn't run on trust — it runs on records. The HBC SmartWall's digital dashboard monitors filtration performance continuously and logs every operational data point automatically, so when an auditor, insurer, or facility manager asks for documentation, you have it. Filter status, airflow pressure, service history - all captured, all traceable, all ready.
