Built-in Filtration and Cyclone System
This system greatly reduces waste by efficiently filtering out non-reusable powder, enabling repeated use of the media with an average consumption of only 9-10g per wheel.
The filtration system features a durable polyester filter cartridge with a pressure switch that monitors pressure fluctuations and detects clogs, ensuring reliable performance and easy maintenance.
Unlike sandblasting techniques, our blasting powder is reusable, leading to a substantial reduction in waste.
Semi-Automatic or Manual
What makes the difference?
The Semi-Automatic model delivers faster, more customizable performance with features like ergonomic automated loading, adjustable blasting angles, and intuitive software to optimize workflows—ideal for high-volume operations.
The Manual model provides reliable, no-fuss performance with the same durable construction and effectiveness, making it a cost-effective choice for workshops seeking dependable results. Both machines are lightweight, mobile, and equipped with built-in filtration, offering flexibility for any workshop environment.
